Cheran Group of Institutions, founded in 1991 by Mr. K.C. Palanisamy under the Cheran Foundation Trust, is a multidisciplinary academic hub with over three decades of legacy serving the rural Kongu belt.
The group comprises Cheran College of Pharmacy, Cheran College of Nursing, Cheran College of Physiotherapy, Cheran College of Allied Health Science, and Cheran Arts & Science College, affiliated to Bharathiar University and the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
